The actual definition of fearless is showing a lack of fear, however I don’t agree with this - I think it’s perfectly normal to be afraid, but what counts is what you do with that fear. In this talk we explore how lies can cause us to live in fear but truth found in Jesus sets us free. Let your kids know that while the virus is making lots of people sick, God is with us and cares for us when we’re afraid. As we discussed the vision of Jesus Christ spelled out in Revelation 1:9-20 we were alerted to the fact that Jesus is the all-powerful king of kings and lord of lords. Over the last year I've thought a lot about what it actually means to be fearless - and in my opinion it’s not not being scared of spiders or having no fear of doing things like jumping out of a plane. Many people still have a picture of Jesus that depicts Him as meek and mild and soft.
